  • Endurance (Cardiovascular Respiratory Endurance): Heart and Lungs
  • Stamina: Localized inside the muscle
  • Strength: Ability to apply force
  • Flexibility: Given range of motion in a joint
  • Power: Apply force quickly
  • Speed: How quick we do something
  • Coordination: Two or movements into one pattern
  • Accuracy: Control external object including barbell, wall ball, etc.
  • Agility: Change direction quickly
  • Balance: Center of gravity
